Standards
The ISO 9001 is an international standard ISO 9001 adopted in more than 130 countries and is focused on
quality management. It can be applied in any organization in all areas of production or services.
Certification according to the requirements of the quality management systems standard, such
as ISO 9001: 2015, is recognized as a proven and tested way to improve the company's
performance and productivity. By certifying this system in the company, you can show your
customers, the supply chain and the wider business environment that you minimize risk and
reduce waste and thus prove your credibility as a business partner.
The main objective of the international standard ISO 14001 is to promote environmental
protection and pollution prevention in balance with social and economic needs. This standard is
applicable to all types of organizations, it can be used for manufacturing sector or service
providers. The EMS certification is an excellent signal not only to the customer, but also a strong
signal to the competition that the company has taken a friendly approach to the environment.
The benefit of this system is an advantage in communicating with country administration bodies,
providing evidence of environmental friendliness, consistent compliance with legislation and
reducing the possibility of environmental accidents or incidents and financial penalties for non-
compliance.
This standard defines and extends the requirements for the quality system according to ISO 9001
in the production of parts for the automotive industry. At the same time, it determines specific
customer requirements in the automotive industry. It cannot be considered as a separate
standard of the quality management system, but it should be understood as a supplement to ISO
9001: 2015 and used together with this standard. The established and certified system according
to IATF16949 is one of the conditions of most organizations operating in the automotive
industry.
The VDA 6.3 standard is developed by VDA-QMC and the German automotive industry, which
can be used as a detailed process audit tool for any organization providing products or services
for the automotive industry, regardless of the scope of its business. This includes companies
involved in:
- research and development of functional systems and products
- assembly of products using various process technologies and production types and services

I have many years of experience, knowledge and praxis in managerial positions in the areas of implementation of quality and EHS management and supplier development in the areas of automotive and non-automotive.
I completed trainings in the areas of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO45001, IATF16949, VDA 6.3. and OEM requirements and quality techniques - FMEA, APQP, 8D. I am an auditor and trainer of an integrated management system.
I have been cooperating with
certification bodies and education companies for a long time as a lead certification auditor and
lecturer.
